As each order varies in items, colours and fabrics I now take a photograph of each completed order to assist with any queries that may arise once the order has been received.
I am happy to choose the fabrics for your applique or bunting order (where applicable), however, please note that these items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged if you don’t like the selection of fabrics that I have chosen, as the option to select the fabrics you required was available before, during and immediately after placing your order.
As the majority of craisymissdaisy’s items are ‘made to order’, in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations ‘made to order’ and personalised items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulation return policy. This applies to all items on my site (unless otherwise stated) including Memory Books and for any items where you choose your own fabrics for each letter, number, applique or bunting flag. This also applies if you have requested that craisymissdaisy choose the fabrics on your behalf.
Any personalised letters, numbers and appliques that are ‘made to order’ are exempt from the distance selling regulations return policy. If there is a fault with your applique a replacement will be provided.
Returns are only accepted on items that were purchased on ‘ready to ship’ items and are not accepted for memory books, applique or bunting orders, wedding stationery that are ‘made to order’ and ‘custom made’. If you wish to return your appliques or bunting from a ‘ready to ship’ order, please contact me immediately upon receipt to let me know as items must be returned in the condition that they were received in and in the original packaging within 14 DAYS of receipt. You must also notify me via email of the date the returned item was shipped. Buyer pays return postage. It is advisable to use either a signed for (UK) or tracked service (international) to return your item, as a refund will not be issued until the returned items have been received.
If there is a problem with your applique and you think it may be faulty please contact me immediately upon receipt to let me know what the problem is. I may also need to see photographic evidence of the fault, which should be sent via email within 14 days of receipt of your applique. Once I have seen photographic evidence and have confirmed there is a fault with the applique a replacement will be sent.
Please note that bunting is for decorative purposes only and is not a toy. It is therefore not suitable for babies, children, adults or animals to play with and should be kept out of reach at all times.
