Felt iron-on Advent Numbers & Snowflakes

Fun and easy to use, these advent numbers & snowflakes can be ironed onto lots of different projects from bunting, school bags, cards, wedding decor etc.

Suitable for – ironing onto various materials including;

  • canvas
  • cotton/poly cotton
  • felt
  • fleece
  • paper/card
  • wood

Securing letters/numbers – If ironing onto any of the following, or anything of a non-decorative nature, you will need to sew or stitch around the edges to secure your appliques:-

  • bags/Christmas sacks/stockings
  • fabrics with a ‘pile’ or uneven surface
  • items that are going to hold heavy items
  • shiny fabrics (like school book/pe bags)

If there are any materials or surfaces that are not listed here, or you are unsure if you will need to stitch around your letters or numbers, please contact me and I will try my best to help.

Safety Notice: The ‘craisymissdaisy  products on this website are not toys. They are therefore not suitable for babies, young children, adults or animals to play with and should be kept out of reach at all times.

Felt Colours, Care & Instructions

Felt Choices – I currently have 42 felt colours to choose from.  Each advent number or snowflake can be made in the felt colour of your choice, you don’t have to have the colours you see on the main listing photographs.

Felt Care – Please note that the felt I use is a wool blend felt and is for decorative purposes only – it therefore cannot be washed either by machine or by hand.  You can, however:-

  • give it a light clean by brushing it,
  • use tape or a lint roller to remove dirt and dust
  • wipe it clean with a dry cloth.

Some of the brighter and darker felt colours may bleed onto the ironing cloth when applying your applique.  This is completely normal due to the dye in the felt, however, it won’t bleed onto the surrounding fabric, only the ironing cloth.

Instructions – Full and detailed instructions of how to use your order, together with care instructions, are included with each order.
