Craisymissdaisy is a UK based handicraft website specialising in felt iron-on advent numbers & snowflakes, as well as bunting, notebooks & journals.
How and when did craisymissdaisy start?
Craisymissdaisy started around 2011 when I was looking for some letters to iron-on to some Christmas sacks but I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I found the perfect letters, discovered some wonderfully pretty fabrics and so the journey began.
Fabric, fabric and more fabric
I remember spending forever looking at which fabrics to use but decided that some from the Tanya Whelan Darla collection would compliment them perfectly. I also added a lot of plain and patterned fabrics as well as felt colours and increased the number of alphabets I had.
A few years into my journey I started to make bunting as well. After the bunting came the website and after that came the notebooks, which is where the craisymissdaisy story began to change. At the beginning of 2023 I switched to felt only, to free up some time for some other projects.
So what's the next part of the journey for craisymissdaisy?
The past few years have been a bit of a struggle with the worst creative block I’ve ever had. I took some time for myself in 2025 and it did me the world of good – I now have so many ideas and not enough hours in the day to work on them! I also made a shiny new website and can’t wait to share all my new projects with you soon, Deanne x
