Shipping Prices & Policies

All orders are are shipped via Royal Mail from the UK. At the moment due to the Covid-19 crisis I am only shipping within the UK.

Shipping is calculated by weight and value and all orders are being shipped using a tracked service.

Applique Orders

UK – £2.75 (1st class signed for)*

Bunting Orders

Bunting orders to all destinations will require a signed for or tracked service and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Memory Book, Notebook and Journal Orders

Memory Book, notebook and journal orders to all destinations will require a signed for or tracked service and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

These books are very heavy and this is reflected in the shipping price.

Shipping Times

Bunting, Memory Books and other items will be posted within the timescale discussed upon ordering.

UK (1-3 working days once shipped)
Europe/Non-EU -(3-10 working days once shipped)
Australia/Canada/New Zealand/USA (7-14 working days once shipped)

Please note that these times are approximate and the post is running a little slower than normal due to Covid-19.

Shipping Terms

Please make sure that your address details are correct before purchase as I will only ship to the name and address supplied at the time of ordering, as there is an option to select delivery to an alternative address. If the address supplied is incorrect then unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for non delivery.

Delays

Please note that all shipping times are approximate and although the majority of items posted within the UK arrive within a few days, it can take a little longer in some areas due to staff shortages because of Covid.

Customs/Import Duties

I am unable to mark international orders as gifts and any custom fees and import duties due are payable by the recipient. Please check the import duties/sales taxes for your country before ordering, as some countries have a very low threshold.
