I have lots of different shapes to choose from in a selection of sizes. If there is something you are looking for but can’t see it here then please do not hesitate to contact me and I’ll try my best to help.
There are currently 7 different styles of fabric to choose from, including felt. I only hold a small selection of each fabric, especially the Mixed Cottons, so if you do require a lot of appliques in one fabric your order may take a little longer as I may have to order the fabric in.
Iron on fabric letters & numbers are suitable for ironing onto various materials including; cotton, poly cotton, fleece, felt, canvas, paper/card, wood and towels. If there are any materials or surfaces that are not listed here please contact me and I will try to test it for you.
If ironing onto shiny fabrics (like school book/pe bags) and fabrics with a ‘pile’ or uneven surface, items that are going to hold heavy items like bags/Christmas sacks/stocking, t-shirts, sweatshirts, onesies, clothing etc. then you will need to sew or stitch around the edges to secure your appliques.
Hand wash only at 30 degrees is recommended for items that are ironed on without stitching.
If sewing/stitching your appliques after ironing they can be machine washed up to 60 degrees.
NOT suitable for tumble drying or dry cleaning.
Please note that felt is for decorative purposes only and cannot be washed either by machine or by hand. You can give it a light cleaning by brushing it, using tape or a lint roller to remove dirt and dust, and wiping it clean with a dry cloth.
Some of the brighter and darker felt colours may bleed onto the ironing cloth when applying your applique. This is completely normal due to the dye in the felt, however, it won’t bleed onto the surrounding fabric, only the ironing cloth.
I have made every effort to show the correct colour of the fabrics in the photographs, however, please be aware that colour monitors/phone and tablet screens do vary.
